These terms apply when you use the Layera Studio website, place an order, request a custom print, or interact with our services.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products are designed 3D printed items. Small differences in layer lines, surface texture, color tone, and finishing can occur because of the nature of 3D printing.

Product availability, pricing, offers, and designs may change without prior notice. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled.

Custom orders depend on design complexity, material choice, size, and print feasibility. We may ask for additional details before accepting or producing a custom request.

Once design work or printing has started, custom orders may not be cancellable or refundable unless there is a defect or fulfilment issue caused by us.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and other charges are shown during checkout where applicable.

We ship within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary because of courier delays, location, weather, address issues, or operational constraints.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of incorrect information.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and an unboxing video recorded before opening the package to verify transit damage.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once printing has started unless the issue is caused by us.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or payment systems, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content, product photos, product copy, designs, branding, and other materials belong to Layera Studio or their respective owners unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use our content or designs without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layera Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, third-party services, or product misuse.
